The main factor I consider when pricing a basic Will and Basic Estate Plan is the amount of time spent.

Ø Meet with the client(s) to discuss his/her/their desires

Ø Review the estate planning questionnaire

Ø Draft the Will(s)

Ø Meet with the client(s) to review the Will(s) and make changes if necessary

Fee for an Individual: $250

Fee for a Couple: $400

Additional estate planning documents = $50 each
